Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All items are made and shipped from Canada.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: processing time may be longer during busy seasons, special promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- USA: 5–15 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or postal service issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- The Leafy Loft is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
At The Leafy Loft, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
Examples of defects include:
- Broken or missing parts (e.g., clasp doesn’t close, pearl has fallen off).
- Incorrect item (wrong style, length, color, or design compared to your order).
- Tarnished or corroded metal parts upon arrival (such as rust or discoloration on clasps or earring posts).
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at leafyloft2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Each natural material is one-of-a-kind and inherently valuable. Variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear is not covered.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
