Are your pearls genuine?

Yes. We use genuine cultured freshwater pearls in our pearl jewelry and DIY pearl collections. Each pearl is naturally formed and has its own unique character.

Why do my pearls look slightly different from the photos?

Because pearls are natural materials, variations in shape, size, color, luster, and surface texture are completely normal. Small natural markings and imperfections are part of what makes each pearl unique.

Product photos are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, but no two pearls will be exactly alike.

Are your pearls perfectly round?

Not always. Depending on the product, our pearls may be round, near-round, oval, baroque, or naturally irregular in shape. Please refer to each product description for details about the specific pearls used.

How should I care for my pearl jewelry?

Pearls are delicate natural materials. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, household chemicals, and excessive moisture.

After wearing, gently wipe your pearls with a soft, dry cloth and store them separately from other jewelry to help prevent scratching.

Can I wear my pearl jewelry every day?

Yes, pearl jewelry can be enjoyed regularly with proper care. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using beauty and household products.

What is included with DIY pearl materials?

Each product listing will clearly describe what is included. Depending on the item, you may purchase pearl strands, basic jewelry-making components, stringing materials, or tools for creating your own bracelets and necklaces.

Are the DIY materials suitable for beginners?

Yes. Many of our materials and tools are suitable for simple bracelet and necklace projects, including first-time jewelry makers.

Can I return pearls or DIY materials after I have used them?

Pearl strands, jewelry-making materials, and tools that have been cut, altered, assembled, used, or otherwise modified cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were defective when received.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from British Columbia, Canada.

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $150 CAD or more.
